Terms of Play
In short: Wen Lambo is a free parody game and currently a playtest: progress may be reset. Play fair, be kind, and remember that there's no real money or real crypto in it, and nothing in the game has real-world value.
1. Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and Puppy Tools Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17243531) ("we", "us"), who run Wen Lambo at playwenlambo.com. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Wen Lambo.
2. The playtest
- Wen Lambo is in development.
- Your progress, items and rewards may be changed or reset at any time, for example to fix bugs or rebalance the game.
- Features can change, break or be removed. Please report problems with the in-game feedback button.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 to create an account.
- One account per person. Keep access to your email address secure: it's how you sign in.
- You can delete your account at any time from your Profile.
4. Fair play and conduct
You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts, modified clients or anything else to automate play or gain an unfair advantage beyond the game's own idle mechanics;
- exploit bugs instead of reporting them, or interfere with the servers or other players;
- use more than one account to farm events or rewards;
- choose a name or avatar that's offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonates someone (including staff), or advertises something;
- harass other players or staff.
Moderators and admins may rename you, remove your avatar, reset or remove progress gained unfairly, withhold or reverse event rewards, or suspend or close your account. Staff actions are recorded with a reason.
5. Game items
- Wen Lambo is a parody. It has no real money and no real cryptocurrency: no wallets, tokens, NFTs or blockchain. Cash, coins, Moon Dust and other in-game items exist only inside the game and can't be bought with real money or cashed out.
- In-game items, Cash and progress have no real-world value and aren't your property: we give you a personal licence to use them in the game.
- The coins, exchanges, apps and organisations in the game are made up. Any that remind you of real ones are satire, not endorsements or claims about them.
- Nothing in Wen Lambo is an investment, and nothing in the game or that we say is financial advice. In-game markets don't show how real markets work.
6. Availability and liability
Wen Lambo is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or that your progress will be kept. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost progress, lost items, or losses from using third-party services, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
7. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; we'll mention significant changes in the game's "What's new" notes, and continuing to play means you accept them. You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or end the service, with reasonable notice where we can.
8. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live. Questions: support@playwenlambo.com.
